I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I pay?
You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order, PayPal is a payment gateway that also accepts all major credit and debit cards without the need to sign up. When going through the checkout you can select to pay with your credit/debit card. If you need any further help with this matter please feel from to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

The "add to cart" button won't add to cart
Sometimes computers may have the restrictions on their internet cookies set too high which can stop the shopping cart from functioning properly. Some computers may be too old to handle the shopping cart. In either case please feel free to send your order to us by post or e-mail and we shall send you an invoice via e-mail so that you can pay for your order.

How do I know if my order was placed correctly?
When you have completed you order through the checkout you will automatically receive an e-mail receipt from PayPal confirming your order. You will then receive a further e-mail to confirm your order has been processed. If you do not receive an email please do not worry this may be due to a delay with the e-mail or possibly an spelling error. Please feel free to contact us to confirm your order before trying to order again.



How much are your postal charges?
Postage is calculated by weight and can be seen as soon as an item is placed into the shopping cart before checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will usually be received within 1 - 2 days from the despatch date. Please allow an extra day if you order is despatched over a weekend. All orders are sent by 1st class post. If your order has taken longer than 5 working days please contact us immediately so that we can trace the package and take the relevant actions to see why this delay has happened.

Can I track my order?
All orders are despatched by first class post without tracking capabilities unless an appropriate means of postage has been selected which include insurance and tracking. If you would like to track your order over the internet please feel free to contact us with your name, address and order number and we can send you your tracking number and details on how to track your order. Please note that without the details of you order we are unable to supply tracking numbers as well as any other personal information.

I would like my order sent to someone as a gift?
We are happy to arrange for an item to be send to a different address as long as it is within the UK and there is a valid reason for this address change. When completing the checkout you will have a chance to add a note to mention the new details, if for some reason you miss this chance to add your note, please contact us immediately so that we can make the address change for you. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes made during this address change.



My Item arrived damaged?
In the unfortunate and unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipment, please return the item to us and we shall replace the item for you. If we do not have the same item in stock we shall offer you an alternative item or a full refund.



Is it safe to give my debit/credit card details online?
Things have come along way over the recent years and with the help of PayPal secure payment gateway and our own determination to protect our customers, our site is safe and secure and you can feel rest assured that you details are safe.
